Page load is not working as desired

It seems when I run QTP script, page load is not working appropriately. Sometimes page is loaded as desired sometimes it take too much time to load. But if the page that is taking time to load, I have to click on browser anywehere to load it fully. As soon as I click on page manually page get loaded fully and next action is performaned. Can someone help me in this. FYI, I am already checking browser load property ie ReadyState.
