Objects are not getting identified (QTP10, Java application)
#1
Not Solved
Hi,

We are trying to do automation for one of our projects using QTP. We are facing an issue with object identification. Application was developed in Java. Developer used jsp, html, table and webforms in the GUI and the Ajax in few pages. I took the screenshot of the application while spying the object and the same is attached here. The menu in the "Tools" dropdown are not getting recognized. You can see the difference in the page name while spying the submenu of "Tools" dropdown. "Tools" and "Actions" dropdowns are the base navigation for all the functionalities in this application.

Could you please help me out to sort this issue? Could you also provide the contact details for HP to post the queries?

Thanks in advance!
