Object Spy - what exe file do I reference

I am building a QTP Script Generator in VB.Net and want to reference the QTP Object Spy. What exe, dlls etc do I need to reference in my program? Thank you.

were you able to do this, we are trying the same thing, we have created an automation framework for our company and want to use the object repository outside qtp in our own application.
