I m a complete novice in QTP and I wanted to ask you multiple questions :
1.If I have an application for eg like an accounting system. I have to do somethin like balance sheets. Now all these actions are affecting multiple tables and show changes made in different modules (forms). Now i wanted to know if QTP can capture a whole process script like this or how does it work?
2. If we are using 3rd party controls assuming that we do not have an add-in for it then how do we access the properties and how do we access the control in the script if it does not record it.
3. I have an Infragistics control and also the Infragistics test advantage 7.1 add-in. But for some reasons QTP is not recording the ultradatetimepicker,it is recording it as a combobox. What should i do?
4. If i want to check that if i have inserted/deleted/updated a row in a table or multiple tables then how do i work with Database checkpoint?
I would really appreciate if you could help me with all of the above.
