I need some real life example, where QTP works

It's in regression testing
and data driven .we can use the QTP.In most of the area we can use.

Real life is human life that is manual life which is some thing called man testing or manual testing ..it is not automation testing so we dont use qtp in real life.

2. Regression testing
3. Re-testing ......... and so on
