Hi,

I am trying to with .Net objects .
When I try to spy on .Net Object it sometimes recgonize it as swf Object but for the object sometimes it recgonize as Window Object.

What can cause this ?
What is the full patches needed ?

dev may have used third party controls to aid their development. You may first want to talk to the dev team to understand the technology used for development.

But it does work in some cases for the same object

can you tell me which version are you using

I am using qtp11

I think it requires patches for .net support download them directly from the below link https://www.learnqtp.com/patches/ and install what you required and restart your system and start qtp and then test the .net application with it

sometimes you need to add activex addins as well.
