Need QTP Script for mouse right click and select the option from menu

Hi,
I have windows based application in which i want to right click(using mouse) at some position and after right click,menu will get appear in which i want to select one option. So, can anyone help me on how to write script for this.

Step1: Right click with mouse
Step2: Menu will get appear in which i want to select one option.
