Language detection and folde rcreation

Hello mates,

I need a script that detects windows language and create a folder in a specific route depending of the system language.

Similar to this idea:

If "Windows System lang = Spanish"
then create folder "C:\Temp"

I heard i should use it with GetLocale but..no idea how to do it, any suggestion?
