Invalid file error importing xls file

Hi 

Im trying to import excel file but im getting an error "Invalid file"

I know what the problem is with excel formatting
if i export it like Before formatting(Second Image) it gives an the error
If i import it after formatting(First Image) it doesn't give an error

is there a way to avoid this error without having to manual format the excel file in UFT ?
