Invalid Hp learner id

Hi All,

Today, I had my HP0-M39 Exam. But I could not give it as the prometric center I applied is saying this learner id invalid.

I do not understand the reason why it's happening.
I am able to login to my hp account and that learner id ("PL*******" where *-numeric value) is visible.

But the prometric center software is saying this learner id "INVALID".

Please let me know what should I do?
Should I create a new learner id or do something else? But in any case I want to give the Exam as soon as possible.

Yes I have done so. But should I wait for their reply or create new hp learner id?

I got the positive response from HP. Now I have my QTP HP0-M39 Exam on Monday.

Well I have one more request to both of you. I think you already know about HP Expert ONE program.
It will be awesome if you people provide some information about this program. Especially about it's preparation.

It will be really useful for all members of this site.
I hope you will do it very soon.
