Infragistics grid cell identification - QTP 9.2

The infragistics grid cells are Identified some time but most of time the objects are not identified, it is identified as Browser->page or Borwser->page ->Winobject : some ascii code.
I am using QTP 9.2.
Following steps has been done:

1. Invoke QTP first, test and then the application
2. Changed the BrowseNewProcess keyvalue in Regedit to "Yes"
3. In the internet option set the secrutiy to Low.

Kindly help me in proceeding further.
