How to verify whether pdf is completely loaded or not in webpage

Hi All,
I have a requirement to check whether pdf document is completely loaded in webpage or not. I cannot simply put wait because pdf is loading in 10 secs and some times its taking 3 to 4 mins also.

I have no clue how to proceed on this. Please help in solving this issue
