How to get the content of the SAPGuiWindow page?

I am working on automating SAP using QTP 11.0. I am stuck in a scenario where i need to fetch all the text from the SAPGUiWindow to compare for a specific search string. Please find the attachment.

I have fetched the text from a web page using Object.body.innertext. But i couldnt find any such solution to fetch the text from the SAPGuiWindow.

Any help would be appreciated.
