How to capture highlighted value in SAP to QTP

Can anyone help me on my concern to capture the highlighted value in SAP to be placed in the QTP Script for Testing Automation in SAP.

I need to get this format when doing the password, Pw Day of Birth Org Unit. I just need to get the day not the entire date of birth.
