How to avoid the second iteration while using Actions?

Hi,
Action1 has the following code.
RunAction "Login", oneIteration
RunAction "Functions-Staging", oneIteration
RunAction "Logout", oneIteration
After one iteration,it is started the 2nd iteration.
So I selected run one iteration only in the settings.
Again it went to second iteration.Why?
Any help?

In keyword view,right click on your desired action and select Action Call Properties and select oneiteration.
