How do u know when to stop testing.On waht basis do u stop testing?

In every test plan we create some exit criteria. These exit criteria are base on the requirement. Following are the some exit criteria..

1. When all the test cases are passed or the specified amount of the test cases are passed (no major severity bugs in failed test case)

2. When you are short of the time given to you

3. when Managemet decides that enough testing is done (short of money/Budget)
