Framework with .net, Java, Web, Database & Messsaging queue

Hi,

I need to devlop a new framework with the below componenets

1. Dot Net
2. External application (Java or .NET based)
3. Internal Application (web based)
4. Messaging queue
5. databases (Oracle or Sybase)

Can anybody through any ideas on this.
It is very helpfull if anybody can give some examples.
