This may have been discussed many times but it's new to me.
So I wanted to share
We recently upgrated to QTP11 and now need to support Mozila Firefox browser.
Google revealed many statements like "Yes, it works with FF". But none to what to do when it doesn't.
A quick request to HP support produced a following URL http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve.../KM1030227

I installed the patch and it worked.
Even able to record on FF.
Now I need to test whether all our functinos are working
