Error:-Creation of excel sheet

Hi,
Below is the script written for excel creation, when executing it displays error as:

Code:

Set Excel=createObject("Excel.Application")
Set ExcelSheet=createObject("Excel.sheet")
ExcelSheet.Application.visible=true

Error : ActiveX component can't create object: 'Excel.Application'

please let me know what changes to be done to the script?
