Dock Top Object

In my application the tool bar is showing as dock top object,i have to
do bulk print operation but QTP is not recognizing this,if am clicking
on bulk print its giving the co-ordinates only,but we might not have
the same resolution on different machines and we don't have any short
key for this also.
