I am using QC & QTP 11. I have created multiple test cases that refer to various business process component (QT scripted) in QC. When I am running these tests through test lab, it shows the status for the test (as pass/fail etc) but does not show this for the detailed steps or components that form the test case. I have tried creating a sample QTP test and run it through test lab in which case everything works fine.
I am wondering if any additional setting is required if you are using QT scripted business process components in your test? As far as possible, we have been advised to use out of box ALM/QTP features so we are avoiding to write a result file separately.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
