DataTable Import/Formula One error

I saved and xlsfrom TOAD to a shared network drive where QTP could pick it up. When I run the script and QTP attempts to import it as a runtime dt I get the following error.

The DataTable.ImportSheet operation failed. File contains a feature not supported by Formula One.

It appears if I open the file and re-save it, the script and import works without a problem. Is there a way to get rid of this error without having to add this extra step?

May be your xls contains a formula which is not supported by QTP.
just identify the cell where that formula is and if possible try not to have that when you export it from TOAD.
