Class not registered error
#1
Solved: 11 Years, 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago
We are using Qtp since a long time and now suddenly on one of the machines when you run QTP from QC we get this "Class not registered error". The QC version we have is 8.2 and the QTP version is 9.2. We do not have Service Pack 1. If anybody came across this error and found a solution for it then please reply soon. Thanks in advance.

it seems the problem lies with the incompatible version of QC...use QC connectivity, QTP Add-in for QTP 9.2.

Pardon me if i am a bit late to the trread ,but i faced teh same issu and i think its because of some issue with QC , i tried to uninstall it and found out an easy way by deleting my profile with another admins login and again logging back and opening QC one more time.

the QC takes its own sweet time to load for teh first time and "Class not registered" error is no more found.
