Change Address on run session

I have seen this question recently asked by a user; but it;s still 'unanswered. I'll try now.

When a New TEST is started
The user enters a URL in the 'Record and Run Settings'.

If the user originally used a URL that was defined as a 'TESTING environment'; but also had a 'PRODUCTION environment ' url that mimic'd the TEST environment...
Is there a way to change that URL from what was originally used, rather than creating a new script? If so, please describe.

I don't use the Run and Record settings to launch. Try this.

SystemUtil.Run  "iexplore.exe", Parameter("URL")

set Run and Record settings to any web application.
