Catastrophic failure in QC9.2

When I schedule the QTP scenarios and running then I am getting the message in the QC scheduler some times as "Catastrophic failure" and some times "System call failed".

Eventhough I get the "catastrophic failure" message still the QTP script is running and after the execution over and if I refresh in the QC I am finding the scenario status "passed", but at the same time I am getting the status for the other scenarios in the scheduler as "Catastrophic failure/System call failed" and the other scenarios are not running. Only the first scenario went fine and others not.
Could anybody please reply me.

Not Solved
I've received this message as well but haven't been able to resolve it using HP support. Did you have any luck with this?
