Cannot record on Modal window

Hello,

We've a web application where there is a Modal window that needs user to enter certain information and save to navigate back to the parent window. I'm using QTP9.5 with ActiveX, Web, Ajax add-ons. I've set the properties for Parent Window to be 'Visible'.
I'm unable to capture any script using QTP9.5 on this Modal window, and hence am unable to complete my tests.
Appreciate your suggestions on this.

Are their any 3rd party addons on this Modal window?

Ankur,
This application is developed using Wicket.
There are no 3rd party Addons on this Modal window.
My other guess would be it is due to the DIV tags, and I read somewhere there QTP cannot capture DIVs.Correct me if I'm wrong. And any resolution to the current issue would be highly appreciated.
