Can't find Resolution Tab to specify Default Resolution settings for Repository merge

Hi,
I would like to change the default settings of Resolution and Color for Object repository merge, I am using QTP 10.0

As per Userguide, he says Tools---> Settings-->Resolution tab

but Tools doesn't even have Settings Menu Item, in fact it has Options,
please help me find out Resolution Tab to change the default settings.

I think you are searching at wrong place. you are searching at QTP main window.
I can be find in object repository merge tool.

go to Resources > Object Repository Manager
in the Repository Manager go to Tool> Object Repository Merge Tool
Now you will see the Merge tool, go to Tools > Settings
