Hi,
Browser name property is empty in Client machine, whereas name property is not blank on my local machine. Both are using Windows XP/IE7 configuration. Please advice, the scripts are getting failed , as name property is used for Browser identification

Hi Shruthika,
If I understand the issue correctly it might be the problem with browser versioning or tabbed option, you need to check in both the systems.
They might be varying due to which this problem might be occuring.

Hi,
As per your suggestion, I verified the IE versions on both the computers & it is the same. Can you please suggest some more options.

yes, the enabled tabbed browsing option is also disabled in IE Tools -> Internet Options.
