An interviewer asked me below question.
"If you are given 100 test cases to be automated, on what basis you discard automation of test cases. What is the process(es) you follow for Automation feasibility Study of the test cases?"
I told that
1) Usability test cases are discarded
2) Test cases with no test data are discarded
3) if there is no automation support (Ex:- QTP does not support UI objects developed by Perl)
Please let me know what is the correct process to do Automation Feasibility i.e on what basis you discard or accrpt automation of a particular test case
