Automate the working of an macro in excel

Hi,

I need to automate the working of a macro in excel. I have (form control) buttons and hyperlinks in the excel sheet that trigger specific macro functions. I need to automate this using qtp.

How can i do this when qtp reads the entire cells pane of a excel sheet as a single oblect ?? ( buttons, links and everything in it)

Is there any way to do this ? I have looked around alot and not found anything helpful. This is a fairly critical requirement and I want to know if it is even feasible or not.
