As soon as recording is done, Qtp stops working!!!

Hi,

I am using QTP 11 Evaluation version . Have installed all the patches.

My problem is as soon as i m done with the recording For eg- i start the recording, navigate to google.com->enter any search string ->press search button->comes back to QTP->clicks on stop button

As soon as i clicks on stop button it says QTP has stopped working and windows searching for a solution.

Can anyone please help me

can I suggest you confirm you installed everything correctly and in the right sequence? QTP has 3 or so pre-requisites that must be installed before QTP or you could get some serious issues.

Have you a list of what you installed?
