Application under test closes when click on WpfMenu

Hi all,

I am using QTP 10.0 for testing a desktop Wpf application.

My application closes itself in the recording mode, when i click on one of the wpf menuitem and its also records the window close event which i did not intend to.

Has anyone encountered this before?

Hi guys,

Just to inform you. I guess this might be a problem with the QTP.
I had mailed the HP support center on this and they have not replied yet, will post when I get any information.

Currently what happens with wpfmenu is, statically binded menu items get recorded, however QTP is not able to recognize dynamically bounded MenuItems.
