Ajax Objects not get identified properly

Hello All,

Please suggest me how to handle Ajax Objects with QTP 9.2/ QTP 9.5.

Please find the problem in detail as below.
1. I want to automate the script for an application having Ajax Objects. (Please find the attached worddoc with detailed screenshot for same)

2. After selecting some options, a window gets pop-up on the existing window. The pop-uped window gets identified as same window as existing one. In the pop-uped window with the help of certain dropdown we have to select few values which were not identified easily but some how with smart identification those values get selected but after a duration of 3-4 min. and then script get continue.

Solution we tried:
1. Installed Web Add-in extensible kit in 9.5 but not getting any additional properties.
2. Identified the properties by which the values get selected through smart identification and added same in object repositories, but still taking same time (with QTP 9.5)

My System config:[u]
OS: Windows XP
RAM: 512 Mb

My Software reqt:
QTP 9.5
