ActiveX component problem

Hi all.....
I want to execute following code:

Code:

Set qtapp=createobject("QuickTest.Application")

But I am getting the error message--

ActiveX component can't create object: 'QuickTest.Application'

[I am using Window 7 Starter OS (Also IE 8 )and i have installed QTP 9.2 in my system. ].How can i resolve this?? Can any one help..


My Second Question is-
IN MY pc QTP 9.2 is not supporting
in to Web Applications. When i try to Spy any browser it's showing WinObject only.
Can any one please help me on this. How can i resolve this issue.

Thanks for your reply.Can you provide me the path from where i can download qtp 10.because it is not available in HP download center.

And why I am getting this error?

QTP 11 is the lates available version. you can download and use it.
the error is because may be you dont have QTP installed on your machine.
