"1062 - Duplicate entry '557132' for key 1" while trying to register to Mercury Tour

Hi Buddies,
Am newbie to QTP. When i try to register myself with Mercury Tour website,

"1062 - Duplicate entry '557132' for key 1

insert into customers (customers_firstname, customers_lastname, customers_email_address, customers_telephone, customers_fax, customers_newsletter, customers_password) values ('', '', 'karuna', '', '', '', '64f05e877ef0c2d715656b03822a9960:d2')"

error displays. Can anybody help me out?

May be skip the registration altogether and use mercury/mercury as username/password credentials and test other parts of the website.
