ntdll.dll crash problem with UFT 11.5 Application in Windows Server 08

Hi,

I am working as a Automation Test Engineer and right now we are working with a tool named QuickTest Professional (QTP) . Currently UFT 11.5. Sometimes when we run Application Under Test (AUT) in Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition , 64 Bit OS , 4 GB RAM , the QTP application crashes.
Here i am attaching the Event Logger File. Please let us know how to resolve the issue.

When i see the Event Logger the Fault Module is - ntdll.dll and the Faulting Application is - UFT.exe

Specs-
Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition , 64 Bit OS , 4 GB RAM.

Try Uninstalling UFT and Restart the system and install UFT Application
